The full story (for grown-ups)
It was Diwali in the jungle village. Amma made a big plate of sweet, round laddoos. Gappu's tummy rumbled. Grrrumble!
Gappu ate one laddoo. Then two. Then THREE! Soon there was only one laddoo left.
Just then, Mithu and Tiku came by. “Happy Diwali, Gappu!” they said. Their eyes went straight to the last laddoo.
Gappu wanted it. It was the LAST one! But Mithu and Tiku had no laddoos at all. Gappu thought, and thought, and thought.
Snap! Gappu broke the laddoo into three pieces. “One for you, one for you — and one for me!”
The little pieces tasted the sweetest of all. “Sharing makes it taste better!” laughed Gappu. Happy Diwali, everyone!
Moral of the story: Sharing makes everyone happy — even a small piece tastes sweet when it's shared.
